摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种松软煤层煤柱区横向大直径成孔的成套装备及成孔工艺。成套装备包括大扭矩钻机、导孔钻具和扩孔钻具，大扭矩钻机包括导轨组件、稳钻支撑组件和钻进回转装置；稳钻支撑组件安装在大扭矩钻机的回转大盘上，用以向钻机提供钻孔过程中的支撑；钻进回转装置安装在导轨组件上，根据钻进的工序，钻进回转装置驱动导孔钻具旋转实现高速钻进或驱动扩孔钻具旋转实现低速大扭矩回扩；导轨组件安装在稳钻支撑组件上，能实现钻进回转装置钻进位置及方向的调整，并为钻进回转装置的回扩钻孔提供所需的起拔力。成孔工艺包括导孔过程和回扩过程，可有效解决松软煤层煤柱横向大直径成孔时作业困难、效率低、成孔率低、劳动强度高等问题。 【EN】The invention relates to a complete set of equipment for transverse large-diameter hole forming in a coal pillar area of a soft coal seam and a hole forming process. The complete equipment comprises a large-torque drilling machine, a guide hole drilling tool and a hole expanding drilling tool, wherein the large-torque drilling machine comprises a guide rail assembly, a drill stabilizing support assembly and a drilling slewing device; the drill stabilizing support assembly is arranged on a large rotary disc of the large-torque drilling machine and used for providing support for the drilling machine in the drilling process; the drilling slewing device is arranged on the guide rail assembly, and according to the drilling process, the drilling slewing device drives the guide hole drilling tool to rotate so as to realize high-speed drilling or drives the hole expanding drilling tool to rotate so as to realize low-speed high-torque back expansion; the guide rail assembly is arranged on the drill stabilizing support assembly, can realize the adjustment of the drilling position and the drilling direction of the drilling rotary device, and provides required pulling force for the back-expanded drilling hole of the drilling rotary device. The hole forming process comprises a guide hole process and a back expansion process, and can effectively solve the problems of difficult operation, low efficiency, low hole forming rate, high labor intensity and the like when the coal pillar of the soft coal seam is transversely formed with a large diameter.
