摘要:【中文】本发明属于有机合成领域,具体涉及到一类具有荧光活性的吲哚嗪环‑1,2‑二酮及其衍生物的制备方法。本发明采用一种新的无金属光催化氧化方法制备吲哚嗪环‑1,2‑二酮,该类吲哚嗪环‑1,2‑二酮由商业可得的中氮茚、2‑氧代‑2‑苯基乙醛、孟加拉玫瑰红这些基础原料合成得到;其中基团R1、R2、R3为烷基、吸电子基或者给电子基;孟加拉玫瑰红亦可替换为光催化剂曙红Y、曙红B、罗丹明6G或荧光素;溶剂二甲基亚砜亦可替换为有机溶剂N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈或二氯甲烷。该方法具有起始材料容易获得、底物适用范围广、经济高效、条件温和、环境友好、产率高的特点。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis, and particularly relates to a preparation method of indolizine ring-1, 2-diketone and derivatives thereof with fluorescence activity. The indolizine ring-1, 2-diketone is prepared by a novel metal-free photocatalytic oxidation method, and is synthesized from commercially available basic raw materials, namely indolizine, 2-oxo-2-phenylacetaldehyde and rose bengal; wherein the radical R1、R2、R3Is alkyl, electron withdrawing group or electron donating group; rose bengal may also be replaced with the photocatalyst eosin Y, eosin B, rhodamine 6G or fluorescein; the solvent dimethyl sulfoxide can also be replaced by an organic solvent N, N-dimethylformamide, acetonitrile or dichloromethane. The method has the characteristics of easily obtained starting materials, wide substrate application range, economy, high efficiency, mild conditions, environmental friendliness and high yield.
