The method comprises the steps of clamping the heat-shrinkable tube, marking the front side of the heat-shrinkable tube, rotating the heat-shrinkable tube through a rotating mechanism, and marking the back side of the heat-shrinkable tube; the device can finish double-sided marking by only using one laser head, has low cost, can mark the heat shrinkable tube with any specification, and is convenient and fast.
