摘要:【中文】一种薄壁件从中间窄槽向两侧孔装配过盈衬套的加工方法,由于薄壁件两层间隙狭窄一般工具无法进入,人为装配过程费时费力加工过程时间长,首先将小件用镊子放入狭窄间隙中,并用自制的长销穿过零件另一侧孔顶住小件后面,无论装配件的大小为了保证零件垂直状态,都需要另一位人员扶正,但是人扶的过程不一定保证零件与接触面100%垂直,顶住小件后面也不能小件轴与装配件孔100%垂直,装配时容易装斜产生丝屑等多余物,敲打时容易打堆,造成零件报废。本发明的优点:提高生产率,同时提高了零件的加工质量无剪切丝屑多余物情况出现,零件表面完整性一致。降低了工人的劳动强度,释放另一名操作者的劳动力。 【EN】A thin-wall part is from the narrow groove of middle to the processing method of the hole assembly interference bush of both sides, because the narrow ordinary tool of two-layer interval of thin-wall part can't enter, the man-made assembly process wastes time and energy and the processing time is long, put the small-size part into narrow interval with tweezers at first, and pass another side hole of part and withstand the back of the small-size part with the homemade long pin, no matter the size of the assembly part is in order to guarantee the vertical state of the part, need another person to right, but the process of holding up by the person must not guarantee the part is perpendicular to 100% of contact surface, withstand the back of the small-size part and can't be perpendicular to 100% of assembly hole too, easy dress is oblique to produce the surplus thing such as filings, easy to beat when beating, cause the.
