摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种粘结片的在线质量控制方法、装置、系统和存储介质。所述粘结片的在线质量控制方法包括：在线获取粘结片的近红外光谱数据；根据所述光谱数据在预先建立的光谱‑指标关系模型中获得对应的粘结片的至少一项指标；判断所述指标是否达到要求；若否，根据预先建立的指标‑过程参数关系模型，获得设备的至少一个过程参数并调整。本发明通过在线采集粘结片的光谱，根据粘结片的指标与光谱、指标与设备参数之间的关系，推算出粘结片要达到某项指标要求时对应的生产设备的参数，从而在线控制设备调整参数，以获得期望的指标，实现了粘结片质量的在线、智能化控制，减少人工干预，调控及时，可提高生产效率和粘结片的整体质量。 【EN】The invention discloses an online quality control method, device and system for a bonding sheet and a storage medium. The online quality control method of the bonding sheet comprises the following steps: acquiring near infrared spectrum data of the bonding sheet on line; obtaining at least one index of the corresponding bonding sheet in a pre-established spectrum-index relation model according to the spectrum data; judging whether the index meets the requirement or not; if not, at least one process parameter of the equipment is obtained and adjusted according to a pre-established index-process parameter relation model. The invention acquires the spectrum of the bonding sheet on line, and calculates the corresponding parameters of the production equipment when the bonding sheet meets the requirement of a certain index according to the relation between the index of the bonding sheet and the spectrum and the relation between the index and the equipment parameters, thereby controlling the equipment on line to adjust the parameters to obtain the expected index, realizing the on-line and intelligent control of the quality of the bonding sheet, reducing the manual intervention, regulating and controlling in time and improving the production efficiency and the overall quality of the bonding sheet.
