摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种船舶用往复式炉排垃圾焚烧炉，包括炉体、污油雾化燃烧器、不锈钢滤网、通风口、锥状漏斗、链轮、往复炉排、锥状漏斗、滚动送料板、燃尽废气排放管道、支架和落灰收集箱。炉体的内腔壁面固定安装有滚动送料板，炉体两侧外部有送风模块连通入炉体内部，送风模块底部有锥状灰仓漏斗，往复炉排贯穿炉体前后侧内壁，往复炉排组上下侧间固定安装有两端与炉体内腔前后侧连接的链轮，链轮下方、炉体底部开设有两个左右对称的锥状灰仓漏斗，炉体内腔右侧壁面安装有连接污油柜和助燃油箱的污油雾化燃烧器。该往复式炉排垃圾焚烧炉结构简单，占地面积小，通过往复翻倒燃料使燃料燃烧充分，且排灰收集方便，可使船舶垃圾得到有效处理利用。 【EN】The invention relates to a reciprocating grate garbage incinerator for ships, which comprises a furnace body, a sump oil atomizing burner, a stainless steel filter screen, a vent, a conical funnel, a chain wheel, a reciprocating grate, the conical funnel, a rolling feeding plate, a burnt waste gas discharge pipeline, a support and a fallen ash collecting box. The inner chamber wall fixed mounting of furnace body has the roll pay-off board, and inside there was air supply module to link to let in the furnace body outside of furnace body both sides, there is cone ash bin funnel air supply module bottom, and reciprocal grate runs through the furnace body front and back side inner wall, and fixed mounting has the sprocket that both ends and furnace body inner chamber front and back side are connected between the downside on the reciprocal grate group, and two bilateral symmetry's cone ash bin funnel are seted up to sprocket below, furnace body bottom, and the dirty oil atomization burner of connecting sump oil cabinet and combustion-supporting oil tank is installed to furnace body inner chamber right side wall. The reciprocating grate garbage incinerator has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied area, full combustion of fuel through reciprocating turnover of the fuel, convenience in ash discharge and collection, and capability of effectively treating and utilizing ship garbage.
