The invention can simultaneously obtain the precise solution of the protection conditions of the temperature field and the direct current electric field, and keep the original distribution states of the temperature field and the direct current electric field in the matrix from being disturbed. The protection device designed by the method is effective to a single temperature field or a direct current electric field, and has a protection function when the temperature field and the direct current electric field act simultaneously.
