摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种发酵虫草菌粉(Cs‑4)智能清洁生产用陶瓷膜清洁、灭菌工艺方法,步骤如下:1)冲洗:陶瓷膜过滤结束时,以冲洗溶液对该组陶瓷膜进行循环冲洗,在冲洗的过程中以陶瓷膜过滤的清液为反冲溶液,对该组陶瓷膜进行反冲;2)酸洗:以酸性清洗剂对陶瓷膜进行循环酸洗,在酸洗的过程中以陶瓷膜过滤的清液为反冲溶液,对该组陶瓷膜进行反冲;3)碱洗:以碱性清洗剂对陶瓷膜进行循环碱洗,在碱洗的过程中以陶瓷膜过滤的清液为反冲溶液,对该组陶瓷膜进行反冲;4)软水漂洗:以软水为漂洗剂对陶瓷膜进行循环漂洗,在漂洗的过程中以陶瓷膜过滤的清液为反冲溶液,对该组陶瓷膜进行反冲;5)灭菌:以灭菌剂溶液对陶瓷膜进行循环灭菌,在循环灭菌的过程中以陶瓷膜过滤的清液为反冲溶液,对该组陶瓷膜进行反冲;6)纯化水漂洗。 【EN】The invention discloses a ceramic membrane cleaning and sterilizing process method for intelligent cleaning production of fermented cordyceps sinensis (Cs-4), which comprises the following steps: 1) washing: when the ceramic membrane filtration is finished, circularly washing the group of ceramic membranes by using a washing solution, and backflushing the group of ceramic membranes by using clear liquid filtered by the ceramic membranes as a backflushing solution in the washing process; 2) acid washing: carrying out circular pickling on the ceramic membrane by using an acidic cleaning agent, and carrying out backflushing on the group of ceramic membranes by using clear liquid filtered by the ceramic membranes as backflushing solution in the pickling process; 3) alkali washing: carrying out circulating alkali washing on the ceramic membrane by using an alkaline cleaning agent, and backflushing the ceramic membrane by using clear liquid filtered by the ceramic membrane as a backflushing solution in the alkali washing process; 4) rinsing with soft water: carrying out cyclic rinsing on the ceramic membrane by using soft water as a rinsing agent, and carrying out back flushing on the group of ceramic membranes by using clear liquid filtered by the ceramic membranes as a back flushing solution in the rinsing process; 5) and (3) sterilization: circularly sterilizing the ceramic membrane by using a sterilizing agent solution, and backflushing the ceramic membrane by using clear liquid filtered by the ceramic membrane as a backflushing solution in the circulating sterilization process; 6) rinsing with purified water.
