摘要：【中文】本发明提出了一种适用于工业机器人夹持的循环式泡沫切割工具，其技术方案要点是支撑框架为n型结构，开口处安装有夹紧轮，各顶点安装有导线轮，上部安装有滚轴；滚轴一端固定有从动轮，另一端通过调速装置与丝杠连接；第一导轨座安装在第一直线导轨上，其上部安装有第一V槽导轮，中部与拉杆连接，拉杆座分别与拉杆和第二导轨座连接；第二导轨座安装在第二直线导轨上，其上部安装有第二V槽导轮，中部设置有螺母与丝杠啮合；切割线依次经过夹紧轮、导线轮、第一V槽导轮和第二V槽导轮缠绕在滚轴上。借助工业机器人的灵活性与便捷操作性，适应于不同规格泡沫的切割，既能提高加工效率，降低成本，又能保证切割产品的切面完整性。 【EN】The invention provides a circulating type foam cutting tool suitable for industrial robot clamping, which has the technical scheme that a supporting frame is of an n-shaped structure, clamping wheels are installed at an opening, wire guide wheels are installed at each vertex, and a rolling shaft is installed at the upper part of each vertex; one end of the rolling shaft is fixed with a driven wheel, and the other end of the rolling shaft is connected with a lead screw through a speed regulating device; the first guide rail seat is arranged on the first linear guide rail, the upper part of the first linear guide rail is provided with a first V-groove guide wheel, the middle part of the first linear guide rail is connected with the pull rod, and the pull rod seat is respectively connected with the pull rod and the second guide rail seat; the second guide rail seat is arranged on the second linear guide rail, the upper part of the second guide rail seat is provided with a second V-shaped groove guide wheel, and the middle part of the second guide rail seat is provided with a nut which is meshed with the screw rod; the cutting line passes through the clamping wheel, the wire guide wheel, the first V-groove guide wheel and the second V-groove guide wheel in sequence and is wound on the rolling shaft.
