摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰废渣综合处理回收装置及工艺方法,该装置包括滤渣溶解釜、第一过滤机、溶剂回收塔、滤渣烘干机、烘干滤渣水溶釜、第二过滤机、三效蒸发器及产品回收精馏塔;该工艺方法包括四个工序,第一工序为含盐废渣用溶剂溶解及过滤工序,第二工序为滤液中溶剂回收及产品回收工序,第三工序为滤渣烘干回收溶剂工序,第四工序为烘干滤渣水溶、过滤、制盐及硅藻土回收工序。本发明将甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰废渣进行妥善处理,在回收甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰的同时也回收了溶剂、硅藻土及氯化钠,使废渣资源充分利用;工艺路线合理、方法措施先进,具有良好的环保效益、显著的经济及社会效益。 【EN】The invention discloses a device and a process method for comprehensively treating and recovering methyl cyclopentadiene manganese tricarbonyl waste residues, wherein the device comprises a filter residue dissolving kettle, a first filter, a solvent recovery tower, a filter residue dryer, a dried filter residue water dissolving kettle, a second filter, a triple-effect evaporator and a product recovery rectifying tower; the process method comprises four working procedures, wherein the first working procedure comprises the working procedures of dissolving salt-containing waste residues by using a solvent and filtering, the second working procedure comprises the working procedures of recovering the solvent in filtrate and recovering products, the third working procedure comprises the working procedures of drying the filter residues and recovering the solvent, and the fourth working procedure comprises the working procedures of dissolving the dried filter residues in water, filtering, preparing salt and recovering diatomite. The method properly treats the methyl cyclopentadiene manganese tricarbonyl waste residues, recovers the methyl cyclopentadiene manganese tricarbonyl and simultaneously recovers the solvent, the diatomite and the sodium chloride, so that waste residue resources are fully utilized; reasonable process route, advanced method and measure, good environmental protection benefit and remarkable economic and social benefit.
