The gold magnetic particle-coated biological raw material technology is used for time-resolved fluorescence detection for the first time, so that the detection range is greatly improved, the reaction time is shortened, the sensitivity is improved, and the gold magnetic particles can be combined with different probe molecules, so that the detection of different substances to be detected in the same sample is possible.
