摘要:【中文】本发明提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的卫星部装装配精度控制方法,首先基于数字孪生技术在虚拟空间中搭建卫星产品的装配孪生模型并以此进行装配工艺设计,然后分析影响产品装配精度的相关数据,在信息平台上构建装配精度信息模型并进行卫星整体装配精度仿真及预测,再依据装配精度仿真结果进行装配工艺优化,之后进入装配实施阶段,在卫星部装装配过程中不断更新装配信息模型和预测卫星整体装配精度,根据每次的预测结果实现对卫星整体装配精度的控制。本发明解决了传统装配过程中由于零件误差、零件选配、人员操作和工装夹具等问题导致的装配偏差累积问题,实现了对装配偏差超差的提前预警以及对装配精度的控制,提高了装配工作效率和装配成功率。 【EN】The invention provides a satellite partial assembly precision control method based on a digital twinning technology, which comprises the steps of firstly building an assembly twinning model of a satellite product in a virtual space based on the digital twinning technology, carrying out assembly process design according to the assembly twinning model, then analyzing relevant data influencing the assembly precision of the product, building an assembly precision information model on an information platform, carrying out satellite overall assembly precision simulation and prediction, carrying out assembly process optimization according to an assembly precision simulation result, then entering an assembly implementation stage, continuously updating the assembly information model and predicting the satellite overall assembly precision in the satellite partial assembly process, and realizing the control of the satellite overall assembly precision according to the prediction result of each time. The invention solves the problem of assembly deviation accumulation caused by part errors, part matching, personnel operation, tool fixtures and other problems in the traditional assembly process, realizes early warning on the out-of-tolerance of the assembly deviation and control on the assembly precision, and improves the assembly work efficiency and the assembly success rate.

摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种基于数字孪生的产品拟实物装配模型生成方法及实现框架,包括物理实体层、孪生数据层、虚拟实体层;通过信息物理融合技术将产品物理实物与虚拟数字模型进行深度融合,借助物理实体层的感知测量设备获取零件表面的离散点云数据,经由测量数据预处理,通过引入孪生数据层的装配误差补偿数据对其零件表面几何特征进行重构,生成零件拟实物模型;依据虚拟实体层提取装配定位约束信息,对零件拟实物模型进行真实特征元素配准与装配重定位,从而得到产品拟实物装配模型。本发明可用于产品装配模型的高保真度表达,所构建的产品拟实物装配模型也可作为三维装配工艺设计与装配精度预测的基础,为复杂产品装配过程智能闭环控制提供支持。 【EN】The invention relates to a method for generating a product simulated physical assembly model based on digital twins and an implementation framework, wherein the method comprises a physical entity layer, a twins data layer and a virtual entity layer; the method comprises the steps of carrying out deep fusion on a physical real object and a virtual digital model of a product through an information physical fusion technology, obtaining discrete point cloud data of the surface of a part by means of perception measurement equipment of a physical real object layer, and reconstructing geometrical characteristics of the surface of the part by introducing assembly error compensation data of a twin data layer through measurement data preprocessing to generate a part virtual real object model; and extracting assembly positioning constraint information according to the virtual entity layer, and performing real characteristic element registration and assembly repositioning on the part simulation entity model to obtain the product simulation entity assembly model. The method can be used for high-fidelity expression of a product assembly model, and the constructed product simulation object assembly model can also be used as the basis of three-dimensional assembly process design and assembly precision prediction, thereby providing support for intelligent closed-loop control in the assembly process of complex products.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于数字孪生的复杂产品装配过程精准修配方法及其运行系统,针对产品装配过程中的关键工序,对零件装配配合区域进行实测数据采集与处理,将实测数据与理想模型进行深度融合,构建零件数字孪生模型;结合规划好的装配顺序对零件装配定位约束进行求解与更新,以获得产品数字孪生模型;将该产品数字孪生模型用于预装配仿真分析中,根据装配仿真分析结果以及装配碰撞干涉检查情况,计算得到零件需要修配的配合区域位置信息以及最小修配量,并给出合理的零件修配方案,完成装配过程的在线修配与精准控制。本发明可实现复杂产品装配过程的智能闭环控制,对降低装配过程中试装、修配的时间,提高装配精度和效率有着重要的工程意义。 【EN】The invention discloses a precise repairing and matching method and an operation system thereof for a complex product assembling process based on digital twinning, aiming at key processes in the product assembling process, actual measurement data acquisition and processing are carried out on a part assembling matching area, the actual measurement data and an ideal model are subjected to deep fusion, and a part digital twinning model is constructed; solving and updating the part assembly positioning constraint by combining the planned assembly sequence to obtain a product digital twin model; the product digital twin model is used in pre-assembly simulation analysis, and according to the assembly simulation analysis result and the assembly collision interference check condition, the position information and the minimum repair amount of the matching area of the part to be repaired are calculated and obtained, a reasonable part repair scheme is given, and the online repair and accurate control of the assembly process are completed.
