摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种大黄鱼口服纳米疫苗以及由所述大黄鱼口服纳米疫苗制备的免疫型大黄鱼饲料，所述大黄鱼口服纳米疫苗，它包括MSN‑DLDH纳米颗粒以及包覆于MSN‑DLDH纳米颗粒表面的肠溶包衣；所述MSN‑DLDH纳米颗粒为DLDH蛋白与介孔二氧化硅微纳米运载体系组装成的纳米颗粒；所述肠溶包衣为羟丙基甲基纤维素邻苯二甲酸酯。本发明的纳米疫苗具有成本低、制备工艺简单、能耐受鱼类强酸性胃部环境等优点；此外，该疫苗对大黄鱼肾细胞没有毒性，生物兼容性好，这为将来口服纳米疫苗研发并走向临床应用提供了技术支撑。 【EN】The invention relates to a large yellow croaker oral nano vaccine and an immune type large yellow croaker feed prepared from the large yellow croaker oral nano vaccine, wherein the large yellow croaker oral nano vaccine comprises MSN-DLDH nano particles and an enteric coating coated on the surfaces of the MSN-DLDH nano particles; the MSN-DLDH nano-particles are nano-particles assembled by DLDH protein and mesoporous silica micro-nano carrying systems; the enteric coating is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose phthalate.
