摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种地温探测线缆制作工艺，首先，将温度探测器的线脚分别与电源正极线、电源负极线和信号线固定连接，然后将温度探测器、电源正极线、电源负极线和信号线用导热胶带缠绕并作定位绝缘密封处理，形成绝缘层；其次，将钢丝固定在绝缘层的一侧，然后将环氧树脂涂抹在绝缘层表面并覆盖钢丝，风干后形成缓冲层；再次，对缓冲层进行氧化处理后将橡胶涂装在缓冲层的表面，形成防护层；最后，对线缆进行塑形、冷却。本发明地温探测线缆将温度探测器集成到一根线路上，节省材料的同时，采集效率也有所提高；且温度探测器位于线路内部，不受潮湿环境影响，通过导热材料制成的外层导热来监测地温探测位的温度，达到了地温探测的目的。 【EN】The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a ground temperature detection cable, which comprises the following steps of firstly, fixedly connecting a terminal of a temperature detector with a power supply positive wire, a power supply negative wire and a signal wire respectively, and then winding the temperature detector, the power supply positive wire, the power supply negative wire and the signal wire by using a heat conduction adhesive tape and carrying out positioning, insulating and sealing treatment to form an insulating layer; secondly, fixing the steel wire on one side of the insulating layer, then coating epoxy resin on the surface of the insulating layer and covering the steel wire, and forming a buffer layer after air drying; thirdly, performing oxidation treatment on the buffer layer, and coating rubber on the surface of the buffer layer to form a protective layer; and finally, shaping and cooling the cable. According to the ground temperature detection cable, the temperature detector is integrated on one circuit, so that the material is saved, and the acquisition efficiency is improved; and the temperature detector is positioned in the circuit and is not influenced by a damp environment, the temperature of the ground temperature detection bit is monitored by outer layer heat conduction made of heat conduction materials, and the purpose of ground temperature detection is achieved.
