The microbial total ribonucleic acid extracted by the method has good quality, the total band obtained by detecting the method by adopting 1 percent agarose gel electrophoresis is bright and clear, the length and the concentration of the DNA chain meet the requirements of sequencing and library building when the DNA is subjected to on-machine sequencing, and the method lays a technical foundation for microbial ecology and molecular biology research under the strong acid condition.
