摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种医疗健康案例知识匹配方法和系统,涉及数据处理技术领域。本发明首先获取医疗健康案例数据和外部标注性特征信息,并对所述医疗健康案例数据和所述外部标注性特征信息进行预处理;对经过预处理后的医疗健康案例数据进行特征选择处理,得到关键特征;再基于遗传算法获取关键特征的特征权重;基于所述特征权重和Pearson参数r法获取初步案件相似度;最后基于所述初步案件相似度和所述经过预处理后外部标注性特征信息获取最终案例相似度,基于最终案例相似度得到相似医疗健康案例。本发明引入外部标注性特征信息,能有效的降低质量差、水平低的信息对检索结果的影响,在一定程度上有效地提高了检索结果和健康诊疗决策的准确度。 【EN】The invention provides a medical health case knowledge matching method and system, and relates to the technical field of data processing. Firstly, acquiring medical health case data and external annotated feature information, and preprocessing the medical health case data and the external annotated feature information; performing feature selection processing on the preprocessed medical health case data to obtain key features; then acquiring the feature weight of the key features based on a genetic algorithm; acquiring a preliminary case similarity based on the characteristic weight and a Pearson parameter r method; and finally, acquiring final case similarity based on the preliminary case similarity and the preprocessed external annotation characteristic information, and acquiring similar medical health cases based on the final case similarity. The invention introduces external tagging characteristic information, can effectively reduce the influence of information with poor quality and low level on the retrieval result, and effectively improves the accuracy of the retrieval result and the health diagnosis and treatment decision to a certain extent.

摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种基于相似病例库的健康医疗知识检索方法和系统,涉及数据处理领域。本发明首先获取医疗病例数据,并对所述医疗病例数据进行预处理;再基于遗传算法来获取经过预处理后的医疗病例数据的特征权重;基于特征权重获取Jaccard相似度;最后基于Jaccard相似度获取相似病例。本发明中的Jaccard相似度不仅考虑了两个医疗病例的公共特征,同时也考虑了二者各自的特殊特征,提高了相似病例的知识检索的准确率。本发明融合Jaccard算法和遗传算法,能够检索到更准确和合适的案例信息,为医院诊疗决策提供更加准确合理的知识支持。 【EN】The invention provides a health and medical knowledge retrieval method and system based on a similar case library, and relates to the field of data processing. Firstly, acquiring medical case data, and preprocessing the medical case data; acquiring the feature weight of the preprocessed medical case data based on a genetic algorithm; acquiring the similarity of the Jaccard based on the characteristic weight; and finally acquiring similar cases based on the Jaccard similarity. According to the Jaccard similarity, not only are public characteristics of two medical cases considered, but also respective special characteristics of the two medical cases are considered, and the accuracy of knowledge retrieval of similar cases is improved. The invention integrates the Jaccard algorithm and the genetic algorithm, can retrieve more accurate and appropriate case information, and provides more accurate and reasonable knowledge support for hospital diagnosis and treatment decisions.
