摘要:【中文】本发明属于铁基超导体技术领域,具体涉及一种铁基超导带材及其制备方法。该方法包括在惰性气氛下,铁基超导前驱粉经旋锻、圆形拉拔、方形拉拔、轧制、烧结后得到铁基超导带材。现有技术中,超导材料加工过程中均为圆线方式,本发明通过采用方形拉拔,改变了超导材料的的截面形状,使截面形状在轧制前形成方形形状,在轧制过程中使超导带材的上下侧面同时接触轧辊,超导带材的中部和边缘的变形量一致,超导芯的变形也更加均匀,不会出现中部超导芯断裂和边缘超导芯不致密、相织构度低的问题,提高了超导带材的超导性能;这种使超导芯更加均匀变形的加工方式使制备均匀性更高的长线成为可能。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of iron-based superconductors, and particularly relates to an iron-based superconducting strip and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of carrying out rotary swaging, circular drawing, square drawing, rolling and sintering on iron-based superconducting precursor powder in an inert atmosphere to obtain the iron-based superconducting strip. In the prior art, the superconducting material is processed in a round wire mode, the cross section shape of the superconducting material is changed by adopting square drawing, so that the cross section shape forms a square shape before rolling, the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the superconducting strip are simultaneously contacted with a roller in the rolling process, the deformation of the middle part and the edge of the superconducting strip are consistent, the deformation of the superconducting core is more uniform, the problems of breakage of the superconducting core in the middle part, incompactness of the superconducting core at the edge and low phase texture degree are avoided, and the superconducting performance of the superconducting strip is improved; this way of processing, which makes the superconducting core more uniformly deformed, makes it possible to produce long wires with higher uniformity.

摘要:【中文】本发明涉及超导接头技术领域,提供了一种多芯铁基超导接头及其制备方法。本发明将银或银合金包套多芯铁基超导线材的一端浸没于熔化的助熔剂中,直到多芯铁基超导线材端头处的银或银合金包套完全熔化后取出;然后将若干根经过上述处理得到的多芯铁基超导线材的端头处搭接并焊接在一起,焊接时采用金属箔包裹住多芯铁基超导线材的搭接部位,得到多芯铁基超导接头。本发明提供的方法能够避免多芯铁基超导接头产生裂纹或断裂,而且本发明提供的方法能够有效提高超导芯接头处的超导电流。实施例结果表明,本发明所述方法制备得到的铁基超导线材超导接头的连接效率可以达到100%,接头电流可达350A,接头电阻小于1nΩ。 【EN】The invention relates to the technical field of superconducting joints, and provides a multi-core iron-based superconducting joint and a preparation method thereof. One end of a silver or silver alloy sheath multi-core iron-based superconducting wire is immersed in a molten fluxing agent until the silver or silver alloy sheath at the end of the multi-core iron-based superconducting wire is completely molten and then taken out; and then, overlapping and welding the end heads of the multi-core iron-based superconducting wires obtained by the treatment, and wrapping the overlapped parts of the multi-core iron-based superconducting wires by using metal foil during welding to obtain the multi-core iron-based superconducting joint. The method provided by the invention can avoid the crack or fracture of the multi-core iron-based superconducting joint, and can effectively improve the superconducting current at the superconducting joint. The embodiment result shows that the connection efficiency of the iron-based superconducting wire superconducting joint prepared by the method can reach 100%, the joint current can reach 350A, and the joint resistance is less than 1n omega.
