摘要:【中文】本发明涉及换热器技术领域,尤其是一种具有非对称通道的板式换热器,包括多个层叠设置以形成换热通道的换热板片,换热板片为交替设置的第一板片和第二板片,第一板片和第二板片均包括主面板和周围的挡板,主面板上设有若干个凸脊,相邻凸脊之间形成凹谷,第一板片的凹谷上均匀分布若干个凹槽,使第二板片的两侧形成容积不同的非对称通道。本发明的换热器在第一板片的凹谷上设置若干个均匀分布的凹槽,使第二板片的两侧形成容积不同的非对称通道,增加换热性能,且凹槽的设置使得第二板片的凸脊卡设在相邻两个凹槽之间,相互接触的凸脊两侧斜面与凹槽两侧斜面有效增加了焊接面积,增强换热器的承压效果,使换热性能和承压效果得到兼顾。 【EN】The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchangers, in particular to a plate heat exchanger with asymmetric channels, which comprises a plurality of heat exchange plate sheets which are stacked to form the heat exchange channels, wherein the heat exchange plate sheets are first plate sheets and second plate sheets which are alternately arranged, the first plate sheets and the second plate sheets respectively comprise a main panel and surrounding baffle plates, a plurality of convex ridges are arranged on the main panel, concave valleys are formed between every two adjacent convex ridges, and a plurality of grooves are uniformly distributed on the concave valleys of the first plate sheets, so that the asymmetric channels with different volumes are formed on two sides of the second plate sheets. According to the heat exchanger, the grooves which are uniformly distributed are formed in the valleys of the first plate, so that asymmetric channels with different volumes are formed on two sides of the second plate, the heat exchange performance is improved, the convex ridges of the second plate are clamped between two adjacent grooves due to the arrangement of the grooves, the inclined planes on two sides of the convex ridges and the inclined planes on two sides of the grooves which are in contact with each other effectively increase the welding area, the pressure bearing effect of the heat exchanger is enhanced, and the heat exchange performance and the pressure bearing effect are both considered.
