摘要：【中文】本发明提供了一种电梯控制柜自动化生产系统，包括作业线与回板线；作业线设置在回板线的上侧；作业线包括组装线、检测线与包装线；组装线的左端设置有第一自动升降机，第一自动升降机将组装线与回板线连接；在组装线的两侧分别为组装人工工位与物料周转车停放工位；检测线中的传输线中顺序设置有第一移载机、多台检测移栽机、第二移载机、整理及人工检测工位；在传输线的两侧设置有返修平台与检测平台；包装线中依次设置有第二自动升降机、封箱工位、打带工位、自动升降下线工位；且在第二自动升降机处设置有全自动成品吊装机，第二自动升降机将作业线与回板线衔接。本发明将作业线与回板线设置成空间上的上、下两层，保证了工装板的循环使用。 【EN】The invention provides an automatic production system of an elevator control cabinet, which comprises a working line and a return plate line; the operating line is arranged on the upper side of the plate returning line; the operation line comprises an assembly line, a detection line and a packaging line; the left end of the assembly line is provided with a first automatic lifter, and the first automatic lifter connects the assembly line with the return plate line; an assembly manual station and a material turnover vehicle parking station are respectively arranged at two sides of the assembly line; a first transfer machine, a plurality of detection transplanting machines, a second transfer machine, a sorting and manual detection station are sequentially arranged in a transmission line in the detection line; a repair platform and a detection platform are arranged on two sides of the transmission line; a second automatic lifter, a box sealing station, a tape beating station and an automatic lifting off-line station are sequentially arranged in the packaging line; and a full-automatic finished product hoisting machine is arranged at the second automatic elevator, and the second automatic elevator connects the operating line with the return plate line.
