摘要：【中文】本发明的一种钢质管道内衬修复后的断口连接的方法，包括以下步骤：步骤一、从管道断口接缝开始算起，将管道内已制作完成、固化完毕的内衬向内清除；步骤二、在1.5m管道上制作垂直等径三通，焊接安装垂直短管及法兰盘；步骤三、将制作好的带垂直等径三通焊接于管道断口间，管道内壁焊口需要打磨平整；步骤四、截取2.5m长的内衬软管，并开设椭圆口；步骤五、等内衬固定在管道内壁后，最后通过螺栓进行法兰盘安装，并对法兰盘及固定螺栓进行整体包裹防腐。本发明的目的在于提供一种修复速度快，能防止沉降引起连接松动的钢质管道内衬修复后的断口连接的方法，以及能防止压力过高造成管道损坏的连接装置。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for fracture connection after repairing a steel pipeline lining, which comprises the following steps: firstly, from the beginning of the fracture joint of the pipeline, internally removing the liner which is manufactured and cured in the pipeline; step two, manufacturing a vertical equal-diameter tee joint on a 1.5m pipeline, and welding and installing a vertical short pipe and a flange plate; welding the manufactured belt vertical equal-diameter tee joint between pipe fractures, wherein the welded joints on the inner wall of the pipe need to be polished; step four, cutting a lining hose with the length of 2.5m, and forming an elliptical opening; and step five, after the lining is fixed on the inner wall of the pipeline, flange plate installation is carried out through bolts, and the flange plate and the fixing bolts are integrally wrapped for corrosion prevention. The invention aims to provide a method for repairing a fracture joint of a steel pipeline lining, which has high repairing speed and can prevent the connection from loosening due to sedimentation, and a connecting device which can prevent the pipeline from being damaged due to overhigh pressure.
