摘要：【中文】本发明提供了一种精子生成障碍动物模型及其制备方法与应用。本发明首次发现了PD‑L1过表达对精子生成、成熟过程具有干扰作用，提出PD‑L1可作为治疗精子生成障碍疾病的靶点。同时提供了一种精子生成障碍动物模型的构建方法，通过使PD‑L1过表达得到所述动物模型；所述的构建方法仅仅改变了PD‑L1基因的表达，并不会对动物模型的其他基因表达造成直接影响，也不会影响动物模型的其他表型变化；同时，方法重复性好，简单易行，能够特异、高效地增强PD‑L1基因的表达，构建得到的动物模型稳定。本发明为精子生成障碍相关科学研究及临床诊治提供重要的动物基础、实验材料及新思路，对于临床治疗不孕不育具有重要价值与意义。 【EN】The invention provides a spermatogenesis deficiency animal model and a preparation method and application thereof.
