摘要:【中文】本发明属于纳米材料领域,公开了一种利用混杂硅源制备碳化硅纳米晶须的方法。首先,将提纯处理后的晶硅废砂浆与其它无机含硅原料混合,组成混杂硅源。然后,通过两步球磨对混杂硅源进行球磨激活处理。最后,将依次装有混杂硅源与植物纤维的坩埚放在热处理炉中进行反应,获得又厚又密的碳化硅纳米晶须。本发明以工农业废弃物为主要原料,降低了原料成本,并通过两步球磨细化活化原料粉体,进而大大提高了碳化硅晶须的产率。此外,本发明也为高效回收利用晶硅废砂浆以及高价值利用农业植物废弃物提供了一种新思路。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of nano materials, and discloses a method for preparing silicon carbide nano crystal whiskers by using a mixed silicon source. Firstly, the purified waste silicon crystal mortar is mixed with other inorganic silicon-containing raw materials to form a mixed silicon source. Then, the mixed silicon source is subjected to ball milling activation treatment through two-step ball milling. And finally, placing the crucibles sequentially filled with the mixed silicon source and the plant fibers in a heat treatment furnace for reaction to obtain thick and dense silicon carbide nano-whiskers. The invention takes industrial and agricultural wastes as main raw materials, reduces the cost of the raw materials, and activates the raw material powder through two-step ball milling refining, thereby greatly improving the yield of the silicon carbide crystal whisker. In addition, the invention also provides a new idea for efficiently recycling the crystalline silicon waste mortar and high-value utilization of agricultural plant wastes.
