摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种鱼雷罐永久层用纳米涂抹料及其制备方法,主要解决现有鱼雷罐的导热系数高、运输铁水过程铁水温降大的技术问题。本发明提供的鱼雷罐永久层用纳米涂抹料,其原料组分的重量百分比为:一种鱼雷罐永久层用纳米涂抹料,其原料组分的重量百分比为:轻量化矾土55%~65%,微珠2%~4%,纯铝酸钙水泥13%~24%,菱苦土4‑5%,纳米三氧化二铝6%~14%,所述原料组分的重量百分比之和为100%。本发明纳米涂抹料制成的鱼雷罐永久层在600℃导热系数为0.024‑0.032W/(m·K)。 【EN】The invention discloses a nano coating for a permanent layer of a torpedo ladle and a preparation method thereof, and mainly solves the technical problems of high heat conductivity coefficient and large molten iron temperature drop in the molten iron transportation process of the conventional torpedo ladle. The invention provides a nano coating for a permanent layer of a torpedo ladle, which comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: a nanometer coating for a permanent layer of a torpedo ladle comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 55-65% of lightweight alumina, 2-4% of microbeads, 13-24% of pure calcium aluminate cement, 4-5% of magnesia and 6-14% of nano aluminum oxide, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the raw material components is 100%. The heat conductivity coefficient of the permanent layer of the torpedo ladle made of the nano coating material at 600 ℃ is 0.024-0.032W/(m.K).
