摘要:【中文】一种红外发射激光二极管的夜视兼容红外触摸屏,其特征在于采用中心波长为950nm的红外发射激光二极管,同时在触摸屏激光二极管正前方采用新型红外滤光条。所述的红外发射激光二极管中心波长为950nm,半高带宽在±5nm之内,其大部分光谱能量均集中在940nm~960nm之间,避开夜视成像系统的响应区间。新型红外滤光条采用PC材质的镀膜型红外滤光条,精确控制红外透射光谱,在特定红外光透过波段透过率极高,达90%以上,不损失可用波段的红外光。通过以上,可获得完全满足夜视兼容要求的红外触摸屏,彻底解决红外触摸屏夜视兼容问题。 【EN】A night vision compatible infrared touch screen of an infrared emission laser diode is characterized in that the infrared emission laser diode with the central wavelength of 950nm is adopted, and a novel infrared filter strip is adopted in front of the touch screen laser diode.
