摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种抗氧化速溶泡腾茶的制备方法。首先,原料绿茶叶经粉碎、蒸煮、过滤、浓缩和冷冻等步骤制备出速溶茶粉。速溶泡腾茶颗粒采用湿法酸碱分别制粒,配方为:速溶茶粉10%,碳酸氢钠7.5%,柠檬酸12%,复合甜味剂1%,糊精66.5%,绿茶香精1%,粘合剂2%。制成后对其进行质量检查,获得的速溶泡腾颗粒大小均一,呈浅绿色,速溶泡腾茶澄清透明,其易溶于水,保留绿茶香气;具有较强的抗氧化作用,对DPPH自由基具有一定的清除效果,其半数清除率达(IC50)为0.0189mg/mL。本速溶茶粉具有绿茶良好的风味和保健功能,泡腾颗粒便于携带,在水中可迅速崩解,具有爽口感。本产品成本低,利润高,适应市场需求对推广粗茶的高值化开发具有重大的意义。 【EN】The invention discloses a preparation method of antioxidant instant effervescent tea. 摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种丙烯酸‑6‑羟己酯的制备分离方法。该方法包括以下步骤:分别取丙烯酸、1,6‑己二醇、阻聚剂和催化剂加入至反应容器中,搅拌,升温至105~110℃反应0.5‑1.5h,得丙烯酸‑6‑羟己酯反应液;向所述丙烯酸‑6‑羟己酯反应液中加入1,6‑己二醇晶种,然后进行程序降温,使得所述丙烯酸‑6‑羟己酯反应液中的1,6‑己二醇结晶析出,过滤,得滤液和滤饼;所述滤液通过萃取和减压蒸馏,得到精制后的丙烯酸‑6‑羟己酯。本发明丙烯酸‑6‑羟己酯的收率较高、纯度较高。 【EN】The invention provides a preparation and separation method of 6-hydroxyhexyl acrylate. The method comprises the following steps: respectively adding acrylic acid, 1, 6-hexanediol, a polymerization inhibitor and a catalyst into a reaction container, stirring, heating to 105-110 ℃, and reacting for 0.5-1.5h to obtain an acrylic acid-6-hydroxyhexyl ester reaction solution; adding 1, 6-hexanediol seed crystals into the acrylic acid-6-hydroxyhexyl ester reaction liquid, then carrying out programmed cooling to separate out 1, 6-hexanediol crystals in the acrylic acid-6-hydroxyhexyl ester reaction liquid, and filtering to obtain filtrate and filter cakes; and extracting and distilling the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain refined 6-hydroxyhexyl acrylate. The acrylic acid-6-hydroxyhexyl ester has high yield and high purity.
