The three-dimensional positioning ruler comprises a top rod, a left side rod, a right side rod, a standard marking ruler, a puncture marking ruler and a middle ruler, wherein the standard marking ruler, the puncture marking ruler and the middle ruler are all made of materials capable of bending and deforming; the left side rod, the right side rod and the middle ruler are vertically connected with the ejector rod and can move relative to the ejector rod, and a left side sliding groove and a right side sliding groove are respectively formed in the left side rod and the right side rod; standard marking off groove, puncture marking off groove and centre marking off groove have been seted up respectively on standard marking off chi, puncture marking off chi and the well chi, the both ends in standard marking off groove respectively with left side sliding tray and right side sliding tray overlap joint and through first fastening bolt connection, the both ends in puncture marking off groove respectively with left side sliding tray and right side sliding tray overlap joint and through second fastening bolt connection. The three-dimensional positioning ruler effectively improves the marking accuracy of the puncture plane and the standard plane in the intracranial hematoma minimally invasive puncture.
