摘要:【中文】本发明属于油墨印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温聚氨酯油墨连接料,尤其涉及一种耐高温、耐热封压烫、耐蒸煮性能优异的食品软包装用凹版印刷的聚氨酯油墨连接料,并进一步公开其制备方法。本发明所述耐高温聚氨酯油墨连接料,是以含有氨基甲酸酯结构的聚合物二元醇、聚酯二元醇、二异氰酸酯、二元胺类扩链剂、分子量调节剂以及环氧交联剂为原料经聚合反应得到的聚氨酯聚合物。本发明所述聚氨酯油墨连接料,综合了聚合物二元醇中的氨基甲酸酯结构、二元胺类扩链剂中的硫醚结构和三环氧丙基异氰尿酸酯刚性交联结构的有益效果,使制得的油墨具有耐高温、耐热封压烫、耐蒸煮性能,并保证油墨优良的印刷适应性。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of ink printing, particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant polyurethane ink binder, and particularly relates to a gravure-printed polyurethane ink binder for food flexible packages, which has excellent high-temperature resistance, heat sealing and pressing resistance and steaming resistance, and further discloses a preparation method of the gravure-printed polyurethane ink binder. The high-temperature-resistant polyurethane ink binder is a polyurethane polymer obtained by polymerization reaction of polymer dihydric alcohol containing a carbamate structure, polyester dihydric alcohol, diisocyanate, a diamine chain extender, a molecular weight regulator and an epoxy cross-linking agent. The polyurethane ink binder provided by the invention integrates the beneficial effects of a carbamate structure in polymer dihydric alcohol, a thioether structure in a diamine chain extender and a rigid cross-linking structure of the tris (glycidyl isocyanurate), so that the prepared ink has the properties of high temperature resistance, heat sealing and pressing resistance and boiling resistance, and the excellent printing adaptability of the ink is ensured.
