摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种大型皮带输送线复合纠偏系统,涉及输送机械测控技术领域,本发明的大型皮带输送线复合纠偏系统通过视觉检测皮带偏移量控制托辊在水平和竖直两个方向上的运动对皮带进行复合纠偏。复合纠偏系统主要包括托辊组件、万向轮组件、电动推杆、轨道板、主轴组件、转轴组件、大椎齿轮、小锥齿轮、步进电机以及控制系统,万向轮组件安装在托辊组件底部,它可以在轨道板上滑动,主轴组件辅助零部件与转轴组件连接,转轴组件通过辅助零件安装在托辊组件端部,位于托辊正下方。通过电动推杆调节轨道板的倾斜角度,实现托辊在竖直平面上的运动,步进电机驱动小锥齿轮和与其相互啮合的大椎齿轮转动,带动主轴组件转动,从而实现托辊在水平面上的运动。控制系统主要包括摄像头、RPI、扩展模块及驱动器。本发明提供的系统结构紧凑,自动化程度高,运行可靠,纠偏效果好。 【EN】The invention discloses a composite deviation rectifying system for a large belt conveying line, and relates to the technical field of measurement and control of conveying machinery. The composite deviation correcting system mainly comprises a carrier roller assembly, a universal wheel assembly, an electric push rod, a track plate, a main shaft assembly, a rotating shaft assembly, a large bevel gear, a small bevel gear, a stepping motor and a control system, wherein the universal wheel assembly is installed at the bottom of the carrier roller assembly and can slide on the track plate, auxiliary parts of the main shaft assembly are connected with the rotating shaft assembly, and the rotating shaft assembly is installed at the end part of the carrier roller assembly through auxiliary parts and is positioned right below a carrier roller. The inclination angle of the track plate is adjusted through the electric push rod, the movement of the carrier roller on a vertical plane is realized, the stepping motor drives the small bevel gear and the large bevel gear which is meshed with the small bevel gear to rotate, the main shaft assembly is driven to rotate, and therefore the movement of the carrier roller on a horizontal plane is realized. The control system mainly comprises a camera, an RPI, an expansion module and a driver. The system provided by the invention has the advantages of compact structure, high automation degree, reliable operation and good deviation rectifying effect.

The invention solves the technical problems of low safety, difficult maintenance and low intelligence in the current and magnetic field detection process in the prior art.
