摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种适应薄面板挤压变形的水平接缝连接结构,包括混凝土面板、钢套管、钢筋、填缝材料、止水铜片、表面止水结构、沥青麻丝和水平缝;所述的混凝土面板倾斜设置,相邻两个混凝土面板横向之间设有水平缝,所述的钢筋穿过水平缝将相邻的两个混凝土面板连接,所述的水平缝内设有填缝材料;所述的水平缝两侧均设有钢套管,钢套管位于混凝土面板内,所述的钢筋位于钢套管内,所述的钢套管内部填充沥青麻丝;所述的水平缝的迎水面上设置有表面止水结构,所述的止水铜片设在水平缝底部。本发明能在满足防渗要求的同时显著降低水平缝附近由于薄面板挤压而遭到破坏的可能性,保障高混凝土面板堆石坝中混凝土面板的安全运行。 【EN】The invention provides a horizontal joint connecting structure adapting to extrusion deformation of a thin panel, which comprises a concrete panel, a steel sleeve, a steel bar, a joint filling material, a water stopping copper sheet, a surface water stopping structure, asphalt hemp threads and a horizontal joint, wherein the concrete panel is provided with a plurality of steel pipes; the concrete panels are obliquely arranged, a horizontal seam is arranged between every two adjacent concrete panels in the transverse direction, the steel bars penetrate through the horizontal seam to connect the two adjacent concrete panels, and joint filling materials are arranged in the horizontal seam; steel sleeves are arranged on two sides of the horizontal seam, the steel sleeves are positioned in the concrete panel, the steel bars are positioned in the steel sleeves, and asphalt hemp threads are filled in the steel sleeves; the water-stopping structure is characterized in that a surface water-stopping structure is arranged on the upstream surface of the horizontal seam, and a water-stopping copper sheet is arranged at the bottom of the horizontal seam.
