摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种在线自动调控片烟结构的方法及打叶复烤加工方法，其中，该在线自动调控片烟结构的方法包括建立烟片结构数据模型；通过筛分装置对来料烟片进行筛分，以分离超大片；对超大片进行剪切；将剪切后的烟片与分离出超大片后的剩余烟片进行混合；对混合后的烟片进行在线检测，获得实际检测数据；将实际检测数据与烟片结构数据模型对比，获得数据偏差；根据数据偏差调整筛分装置中筛辊的转速。本发明提供的在线自动调控片烟结构的方法及打叶复烤加工方法，实现了对片烟结构进行实时在线自动调控，提升了片烟结构的均质化水平，减少了烟片造碎。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for automatically regulating and controlling a tobacco flake structure on line and a threshing and redrying processing method, wherein the method for automatically regulating and controlling the tobacco flake structure on line comprises the steps of establishing a tobacco flake structure data model; screening the incoming tobacco flakes through a screening device to separate oversized flakes; shearing the oversized slices; mixing the cut tobacco flakes with the residual tobacco flakes after the oversized flakes are separated; carrying out online detection on the mixed tobacco flakes to obtain actual detection data; comparing the actual detection data with the tobacco flake structure data model to obtain data deviation; and adjusting the rotating speed of a screen roller in the screening device according to the data deviation.
