摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种力矩电机与执行机构的组合装配用工装和装配方法，其工装包括导向梯形丝杆与导向螺母；装配时，将无刷力矩电机的转子、执行机构的转盘、轴承与导向梯形丝杆组合装配在一起；将力矩电机的定子、执行机构的基座与导向螺母的组合装配在一起；利用导向梯形丝杆与导向螺母的滑动配合和轴向螺纹传动，进行力矩电机直接驱动伺服系统的集成装配；拆卸导向螺母与导向梯形丝杆。本发明采用孔轴滑动配合与梯形丝杆传动一体化集成工装，具备轴向导向与定心功能的同时，兼具轴向自锁和控制转子与定子靠近速度和安全距离的功能，防止定子与转子受强磁吸引力作用而发生侧向、轴向接触或撞击。 【EN】The invention relates to a tool and an assembly method for combined assembly of a torque motor and an actuating mechanism, wherein the tool comprises a guide trapezoidal screw rod and a guide nut; during assembly, a rotor of the brushless torque motor, a turntable of the actuating mechanism, a bearing and a guide trapezoidal screw rod are assembled together; assembling a stator of a torque motor, a base of an actuating mechanism and a guide nut together; the integrated assembly of a torque motor directly driving a servo system is carried out by utilizing the sliding fit and the axial thread transmission of a guide trapezoidal screw rod and a guide nut; and disassembling the guide nut and the guide trapezoidal screw rod. The invention adopts the hole shaft sliding fit and trapezoidal lead screw transmission integrated tool, has the functions of axial guiding and centering, has the functions of axial self-locking and controlling the approaching speed and the safe distance between the rotor and the stator, and prevents the stator and the rotor from being contacted or impacted laterally and axially under the action of strong magnetic attraction.
