摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种高深径比大型贮箱箱底封头的整体成形方法,所述方法为先采用压鼓的方式预成形坯料,然后采用有模旋压的方式使坯料成形。具体为:准备板料,将板料切割为圆形,然后采用压鼓设备将所述步骤二的板料进行挤压,形成预成形坯料,最后采用旋压设备将预成形坯料推挤旋压成形。本发明公开的方法可以显著提高具有大深径比特征的大型或超大型贮箱箱底整体制造的经济性,并可较好地控制箱底的形状精度。 【EN】The invention discloses an integral forming method of a bottom head of a large-sized storage box with a high depth-diameter ratio. The method specifically comprises the following steps: preparing a plate, cutting the plate into a circular shape, extruding the plate obtained in the second step by adopting a drum pressing device to form a preformed blank, and finally extruding and spinning the preformed blank by adopting a spinning device. The method disclosed by the invention can obviously improve the economical efficiency of the integral manufacture of the bottom of the large or ultra-large storage tank with the characteristic of large depth-diameter ratio, and can better control the shape precision of the bottom.
