The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current data to be calculated in a chip and a standard calculation function, wherein the standard calculation function comprises a first variable matched with the data in the chip and a second variable matched with the data outside the chip; carrying out encryption operation on data in the chip by using a preset encryption key to obtain safe calculation data; generating a safety calculation function matched with the standard calculation function, wherein the safety calculation function is generated according to the encryption key and a preset decryption key; and sending the safety calculation data and the safety calculation function to an off-chip calculation unit so as to instruct the off-chip calculation unit to input the current off-chip data to be calculated and the safety calculation data into the safety calculation function to obtain a safety calculation result.
