According to the invention, the epitaxial structure is only formed in the channel hole of the core region, and the epitaxial structure is not formed in the virtual hole and/or the groove of the auxiliary region, so that the electric leakage and reliability risks caused by the formation of the epitaxial structure can be solved, and the process difficulty is simplified.
