摘要:本发明涉及表面活性剂及润滑材料技术领域。尤其涉及一种基于含硼表面活性剂的乳液润滑剂。本发明的乳液润滑剂由油相和水相共混后均质制得,所述油相与所述水相的体积比为1:1~10:1;所述水相中含有0.3‑40 mM的含硼表面活性剂。该表面活性剂在宽pH范围内能稳定乳液,尤其在碱性条件下仍保持超低界面张力和界面粘弹性,所形成的乳液在高温和高载荷条件下表现出良好的稳定性,显著降低摩擦系数和磨损率,其润滑性能优于常规表面活性剂,摩擦系数较常规表面活性剂体系降低5.5倍,磨损率指数下降35倍,同时能在金属表面形成保护膜,抑制金属腐蚀。本发明为高性能环保润滑剂的设计提供了新思路,适用于工业润滑、金属加工等领域。
