The method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, good purification effect, high separation degree, short analysis time, linear range of 0.3-30.0mg/L, lower detection limit (0.3 mg/kg) and quantification limit (1 mg/kg), and recovery rate of 93.3% -102.5%. The method has high precision, stability and reproducibility. Has higher practical value and can be applied to the determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in various infant rice flour.
