摘要：【中文】本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域，特别涉及一种汽车用降低噪声的胶管材料及其制备方法。所述胶管材料包括以下重量份的组分：AEM 20‑50份、ACM 50‑80份、CPP 5‑20份、马来酸酐接枝剂1‑8份、增塑剂5‑20份、炭黑20‑80份、硬脂酸1‑3份、防老剂1‑3份、流动助剂2‑10份、硫化剂1‑5份、促进剂1‑5份。本申请的胶管材料通过预混、总混和挤出造粒的工序制备而得，制得的胶管材料的阻尼峰与汽车发动机和涡轮增压器中铝管以及中冷器管的阻尼峰相近，同时具有良好的机械强度、耐高温性和耐腐蚀性，能够对汽车发动机和涡轮增压器等设备起到降噪声的效果。整个制备方法工序简单、操作方便，便于胶管材料的批量生产。 【EN】The invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessories, in particular to a rubber hose material for reducing noise for an automobile and a preparation method thereof. The rubber tube material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of AEM, 50-80 parts of ACM, 5-20 parts of CPP, 1-8 parts of maleic anhydride grafting agent, 5-20 parts of plasticizer, 20-80 parts of carbon black, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent, 2-10 parts of flow promoter, 1-5 parts of vulcanizing agent and 1-5 parts of accelerator. The rubber tube material is prepared through the procedures of premixing, total mixing, extrusion and granulation, the damping peak of the prepared rubber tube material is similar to the damping peaks of aluminum tubes and intercooler tubes in automobile engines and turbochargers, and the rubber tube material has good mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance and can play a role in reducing noise of the automobile engines, turbochargers and other equipment. The whole preparation method has simple process and convenient operation, and is convenient for the mass production of rubber tube materials.
