The rubber tube material is prepared through the procedures of premixing, total mixing, extrusion and granulation, the damping peak of the prepared rubber tube material is similar to the damping peaks of aluminum tubes and intercooler tubes in automobile engines and turbochargers, and the rubber tube material has good mechanical strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance and can play a role in reducing noise of the automobile engines, turbochargers and other equipment. The whole preparation method has simple process and convenient operation, and is convenient for the mass production of rubber tube materials.
