The second spheres and the connecting springs distributed in the hot-melting pond are made of shape memory alloy materials, and the shape change and mutual collision are generated by utilizing solar energy and wind energy so as to control heat and reduce temperature of the stored water in the hot-melting pond. The invention can be widely applied to large and small hot-melt lakes distributed in plateau frozen soil zones, and delays the development of the hot-melt lakes through diversified energy sources, porous and intelligent material selection and gridded structure arrangement, thereby weakening the adverse effect of the hot-melt lakes on the plateau frozen soil.
