摘要：本发明涉及一种基于青叶物理特性及挥发物的乌龙茶智能做青判别方法。做青时有摇青、晾青和做青三种判别模式，三种模式下分别采集的叶温、CO2浓度、不同数量的在制叶电参数及叶层有机挥发物含量，分别标记为Y1‑n、Y2‑n、Y3‑n……Y20‑n、Y21‑n、L1‑n、L2‑n、L3‑n……L18‑n、L19‑n、S1‑n、S2‑n、S3‑n……S17‑n；在摇、晾过程中相应参数数量的70%满足参数变化最小值要求时，即可判定摇、晾或做青达到适度标准，其计算公式以Y1‑n为例：Y1‑n/Y1‑1‑100%=Min摇青完成（n=1，2，3……n）。本发明可高效、智能的对下一步工序的进行与否提供决策支持，进行武夷岩茶智能化做青，克服武夷岩茶做青过程工艺判别人工依赖性强，做青质量不稳定，加工效率低等问题。
