摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种SCR脱硝系统烟气旋流混合装置,包括沿烟气流动方向布置于喷氨支管后的旋流混合器均匀装置,所述旋流混合器均匀装置由多个旋流混合器平铺排列组成,所述旋流混合器与所述喷氨支管相对布置,用以覆盖所述喷氨支管喷出的稀释氨气;所述旋流混合器由内外两组旋流叶片组成,两组旋流叶片的旋转方向相反,两组旋流叶片之间设有用于分割气流通道的圆形隔板。本发明能够加强烟气与稀释氨气混合效果,提高脱硝反应效率。 【EN】The invention relates to a flue gas cyclone mixing device of an SCR (selective catalytic reduction) denitration system, which comprises a cyclone mixer homogenizing device arranged behind an ammonia spraying branch pipe along the flow direction of flue gas, wherein the cyclone mixer homogenizing device is formed by tiling and arranging a plurality of cyclone mixers, and the cyclone mixers are arranged opposite to the ammonia spraying branch pipe and are used for covering diluted ammonia gas sprayed by the ammonia spraying branch pipe; the cyclone mixer is composed of an inner cyclone blade set and an outer cyclone blade set, the two sets of cyclone blades rotate in opposite directions, and a circular partition plate for partitioning an airflow channel is arranged between the two sets of cyclone blades. The invention can enhance the mixing effect of the flue gas and the diluted ammonia gas and improve the denitration reaction efficiency.

The invention can quantitatively display and evaluate the erosion abrasion degree of the guide plate and the rectifier grid in the SCR denitration system.
