摘要:【中文】一种柔性碳晶电热薄膜的制备方法,涉及一种电热薄膜的制备方法,本发明将碳晶,水性聚氨酯和一种分散剂混合,制做一种柔性电热膜。首先碳晶粉的制备:将短切碳纤维原料放入按重量比配好的稀料中浸泡2h,随后放入真空干燥箱80℃烘至稀料完全挥发;将得到的物料放入行星式球磨机球磨,得到碳晶粉末;将碳晶,水性聚氨酯,分散剂按比例混合制得一种柔性碳晶电热膜。过测试电热膜发热最高温度达到75℃左右,发热均匀,厚度约0.5毫米,弯曲性好,质量轻,帖服性好等优点。本发明可应用于电暖器,理疗产品上的应用,且成本低,极具市场推广价值。 【EN】The invention discloses a preparation method of a flexible carbon crystal electric heating film, relating to a preparation method of an electric heating film. Firstly, preparing carbon crystal powder: putting the chopped carbon fiber raw material into a thinner prepared according to the weight ratio, soaking for 2 hours, and then putting the thinner into a vacuum drying oven to be dried at the temperature of 80 ℃ until the thinner is completely volatilized; putting the obtained material into a planetary ball mill for ball milling to obtain carbon crystal powder; and mixing the carbon crystal, the waterborne polyurethane and the dispersing agent in proportion to prepare the flexible carbon crystal electric heating film. The tested electrothermal film has the advantages of uniform heating, thickness of about 0.5 mm, good bending property, light weight, good adaptability and the like, and the maximum heating temperature of the electrothermal film reaches about 75 ℃. The invention can be applied to electric heaters and physical therapy products, has low cost and has great market popularization value.
