摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种用于筑坝的固化粉煤灰及其制备方法，所述固化粉煤灰包含以下重量份数的物质：50～90份粉煤灰，0～25份水泥，0～40份粘土，17～26份水，5～10份速凝剂，4～12份早强剂。所述制备方法包含以下步骤：(1)将粉煤灰、水泥、粘土烘干之后过0.1～0.5mm筛子；(2)按照化学计量比将原料进行混合；(3)将混合物置于振动平台上振动3～5min，然后加入17～25份水并搅拌均匀。本发明能够增强固化粉煤灰的密实性以及内部摩擦力，有利于改善固化粉煤灰的抗渗性能、抗剪切性能以及抗压强度；本发明的制备方法简单方便环保；利用粉煤灰进行筑坝，粉煤灰和粘土代替部分水泥，提高经济效益，还可以用作道路路基材料。 【EN】The invention discloses a solidified fly ash for damming and a preparation method thereof, wherein the solidified fly ash comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of fly ash, 0-25 parts of cement, 0-40 parts of clay, 17-26 parts of water, 5-10 parts of an accelerator and 4-12 parts of an early strength agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) drying the fly ash, the cement and the clay, and then sieving the dried fly ash, the cement and the clay through a 0.1-0.5 mm sieve; (2) mixing the raw materials according to a stoichiometric ratio; (3) and (3) placing the mixture on a vibration platform to vibrate for 3-5 min, and then adding 17-25 parts of water and uniformly stirring.
