The strain has certain degradation capability on high-concentration beta-cypermethrin, and the degradation rate of 50mg/L of beta-cypermethrin under pure culture conditions reaches 89.1 percent. The degradation agent prepared by mixing the fermentation liquor of the strain and the nano humic acid soil conditioner can improve the degradation rate of the beta-cypermethrin, and the nano humic acid has a rough surface, a loose structure and a developed pore structure, so that a powerful condition is provided for the fixation of the strain L5. The microbial inoculum has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost, convenient use and good application prospect.
