摘要:【中文】一种自动攻丝系统在线刀具监测方法,将孔径检测设备和螺纹通止规自动检测设备集成至转盘生产系统中,孔径检测设备对自动钻孔的零件有无孔及孔径进行检测,螺纹通止规自动检测设备对自动攻丝的螺纹进行通规与止规的自动检测,检测后的产品信息通过PLC控制系统集中采集后,上传至上位机控制系统,上位机控制系统对数据进行实时检测、分析,以判断目前刀具状况与零件加工质量,并给出刀具的检查和更换时间点,保证加工时刀具处于良好的加工状态,当刀具状态不满足要求时及时更换刀具,从而生产出高质量的螺纹零件,确保应用于航空航天的零件螺纹高质量,有效提高航空航天器的系统安全系数。 【EN】An on-line cutter monitoring method for an automatic tapping system integrates aperture detection equipment and automatic thread go-no-go gauge detection equipment into a turntable production system, the hole diameter detection equipment detects the holes and the hole diameters of the parts which are automatically drilled, the automatic detection equipment of the thread go-no go gauge automatically detects the go-no go gauge and the no-go gauge of the automatically tapped thread, the detected product information is collected in a centralized way by a PLC control system, the data are transmitted to an upper computer control system which carries out real-time detection and analysis on the data, so as to judge the current cutter condition and the part processing quality, and give the time point of cutter inspection and replacement, ensure the cutter to be in a good processing state during processing, timely replace the cutter when the cutter state does not meet the requirements, therefore, high-quality thread parts are produced, the high-quality thread of the parts applied to aerospace is ensured, and the system safety coefficient of the aerospace vehicle is effectively improved.
