摘要：【中文】本发明属于主动降噪耳机技术领域，尤其是一种数字ANC自动仿真测试方法，其包括以下步骤：S1：由技术人员将耳机手动做ANC将测试数据存入以项目名称命名的数据库里面；S2：由员工将被测耳机放入测试架，测试耳机的基本条件；S3：将测试数据给到测试系统分析并计算目标曲线；S4：调整滤波器将滤波器的曲线最拟合目标曲线；S5：将计算后的滤波器曲线写入耳机并测试，在电脑上点击测试并扫描产品二维码，耳机测试完成后会弹出测试结果并会将测试中的所有数据放入由产品二维码生成的单独文件夹内，本发明提高了产品的良品率，节约成本，使ANC耳机的量产不再是行业内直通率最低的产品。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of active noise reduction earphones, and particularly relates to a digital ANC automatic simulation test method which comprises the following steps: s1: a technician manually makes an ANC on the earphone and stores test data in a database named by a project name; s2: placing the earphone to be tested into a testing frame by an employee, and testing the basic conditions of the earphone; s3: sending the test data to a test system for analysis and calculating a target curve; s4: adjusting the filter to best fit the curve of the filter to the target curve; s5: writing the calculated filter curve into an earphone and testing, clicking the test on a computer and scanning the two-dimension code of the product, popping up the test result after the earphone test is finished, and putting all data in the test into an independent folder generated by the two-dimension code of the product.
