摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种能简易识别、标记花生杂交种果针的高效育种方法。本发明在严格去雄的基础上,防止收获到自交产生的假杂种;在杂交工作开始前以及开始后的4、5天内重复检查、清除自交产生的果针,做到严格清除假杂种;去雄、授粉后无需做拴线标记,节约了去雄、授粉的最佳时间,提高授粉成功率;在杂交工作完成后,果针尖端粘附着花是真杂种的辨别标识,为收获到真杂种提供保证。本发明克服了以往杂交方法存在的操作繁琐以及假杂种伪杂混淆等缺陷,尤其使授粉的最佳时间得到充分利用,提高授粉成功率,在很大程度上控制了假杂种的数量。 【EN】The invention discloses a high-efficiency breeding method capable of simply identifying and marking peanut hybrid needles. The invention prevents the harvest of the false hybrid generated by self-crossing on the basis of strict castration; the fruit needles generated by selfing are checked and removed repeatedly before the beginning of the hybridization work and within 4 and 5 days after the beginning of the hybridization work, so that the false hybrids are strictly removed; after emasculation and pollination, a line tying mark is not needed, so that the optimal time for emasculation and pollination is saved, and the pollination success rate is improved; after the hybridization work is finished, the sticking flowers at the tip of the fruit needle are the distinguishing marks of the true hybrids, and the guarantee is provided for harvesting the true hybrids. The invention overcomes the defects of complex operation, false hybrid confusion and the like of the traditional hybridization method, particularly fully utilizes the optimal pollination time, improves the pollination success rate and controls the number of the false hybrids to a great extent.
