摘要:【中文】本发明属于环境治理领域,具体涉及改性铁基功能材料在重金属污染修复中的应用。所述的改性铁基功能材料以六水合氯化铁、乙二醇、无水乙酸钠、二乙烯三胺和十二烷基硫酸钠为原料,再经紫外线接种微生物制备而成,将改性铁基功能材料置于含重污染物的水溶液中,调节pH为3~6,置于温度为25℃、转速为170℃的恒温振荡器中振荡3~50min。本发明利用微生物改性铁基功能材料,能够改善吸附材料的孔结构,并且蚀刻不完全反应的中间体,降低结构缺陷,使其成为电荷陷阱位点,同时具有强磁性的特点,使用黑曲霉、白色念珠菌、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌刻蚀材料,从而提高了对重金属吸附去除的效率。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of environmental management, and particularly relates to application of a modified iron-based functional material in heavy metal pollution remediation. The modified iron-based functional material is prepared by taking ferric chloride hexahydrate, ethylene glycol, anhydrous sodium acetate, diethylenetriamine and sodium dodecyl sulfate as raw materials and inoculating microorganisms through ultraviolet rays, placing the modified iron-based functional material in an aqueous solution containing heavy pollutants, adjusting the pH value to 3-6, and placing the modified iron-based functional material in a constant temperature oscillator with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the rotating speed of 170 ℃ for oscillation for 3-50 min. According to the invention, the iron-based functional material is modified by microorganisms, so that the pore structure of the adsorption material can be improved, an incompletely reacted intermediate is etched, the structural defects are reduced, the intermediate becomes a charge trap site, and the intermediate has the characteristic of strong magnetism.

摘要:【中文】本发明属于环境治理领域,具体涉及一种改性铁基功能材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取六水合氯化铁于烧杯中,加入乙二醇,搅拌30~40min后加入无水乙酸钠、二乙烯三胺、十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解,转入含聚四氟乙烯内衬的自压反应釜中,密封后恒温反应,冷却至室温,经洗涤离心干燥后得所述铁基功能材料;取蛋白胨、上述铁基功能材料混合,加水灭菌后接种微生物,再经恒温振荡,取沉淀物干燥并高温灼烧,得所述改性铁基功能材料。本发明利用微生物改性铁基功能材料,能够改善吸附材料的孔结构,蚀刻不完全反应的中间体,降低结构缺陷,使其成为电荷陷阱位点,同时具有强磁性的特点,从而提高了对重金属吸附去除的效率。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of environmental management, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a modified iron-based functional material, which comprises the following steps: putting ferric chloride hexahydrate in a beaker, adding ethylene glycol, stirring for 30-40 min, adding anhydrous sodium acetate, diethylenetriamine and sodium dodecyl sulfate, stirring until the anhydrous sodium acetate, the diethylenetriamine and the sodium dodecyl sulfate are completely dissolved, transferring the mixture into a self-pressure reaction kettle with a polytetrafluoroethylene lining, sealing, carrying out constant-temperature reaction, cooling to room temperature, washing, centrifuging and drying to obtain the iron-based functional material; and mixing peptone and the iron-based functional material, adding water for sterilization, inoculating microorganisms, oscillating at constant temperature, taking precipitate, drying and firing at high temperature to obtain the modified iron-based functional material. The invention utilizes the microorganism modified iron-based functional material, can improve the pore structure of the adsorbing material, etches the incompletely reacted intermediate, reduces the structural defect, enables the adsorbing material to become a charge trap site, and has the characteristic of strong magnetism, thereby improving the efficiency of adsorbing and removing heavy metals.

摘要:【中文】本发明属于有机物检测技术领域,具体涉及一种微塑料吸附土壤有机氯农药能力的测定方法,包括以下步骤:将微塑料颗粒与土壤样品混合均匀,加入有机氯农药水溶液,密封震荡;将微塑料颗粒取出并烘干并称重;向微塑料颗粒中加入提取液进行超声提取,并将提取液过滤,得澄清液体;将澄清液体用氮气吹干后加入正己烷溶解,并用气相色谱/电子捕获检测器进行检测。该测定方法解决了在日常科研情况下水溶液中关于微塑料吸附疏水性有机物在测定中需要转换介质的问题。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of organic matter detection, and particularly relates to a method for determining soil organochlorine pesticide adsorption capacity of micro-plastic, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the micro plastic particles with a soil sample, adding an organic chlorine pesticide aqueous solution, and sealing and oscillating; taking out the micro plastic particles, drying and weighing; adding an extracting solution into the micro plastic particles for ultrasonic extraction, and filtering the extracting solution to obtain a clear liquid; and blowing the clear liquid by nitrogen, adding n-hexane for dissolving, and detecting by a gas chromatography/electron capture detector. The determination method solves the problem that the micro plastic adsorbs hydrophobic organic matters in the water solution and needs a conversion medium in the determination under the daily scientific research condition.
