摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种用于控制电力系统广域协调运行的系统及方法,属于电力系运行控制技术领域。本发明系统,包括:电源支撑与广域控制模块,根据辨识结果制定广域联合发电控制策略;站域/广域平行仿真模块,获取分析及评价结果;负荷建模及调节能力评估服务模块,根据电网相关信息和负荷相关信息辨识电力系统负荷在线模型及参数,确定电力系统负荷可调范围;交直流广域协调运行控制模块,对大型交直流混联电网故障后可控装置进行实时量化控制;广域联合运行安全防御智能评价与控制装置,对电力系统进行运行控制。本发明通过系统内多个功能协同配合,提高了跨区输电通道输电能力和新能源消纳能力,增强了电网安全和经济运行水平。 【EN】The invention discloses a system and a method for controlling wide area coordinated operation of a power system, and belongs to the technical field of power system operation control. The system of the invention comprises: the power supply support and wide area control module is used for making a wide area combined power generation control strategy according to the identification result; the station area/wide area parallel simulation module is used for acquiring analysis and evaluation results; the load modeling and adjusting capacity evaluation service module identifies an on-line load model and parameters of the power system according to the power grid related information and the load related information and determines the adjustable range of the load of the power system; the alternating current-direct current wide-area coordinated operation control module is used for carrying out real-time quantitative control on the controllable device after the large alternating current-direct current series-parallel power grid fails; the wide-area combined operation safety defense intelligent evaluation and control device is used for carrying out operation control on the power system. According to the invention, through the cooperative cooperation of a plurality of functions in the system, the power transmission capacity and the new energy consumption capacity of the trans-regional power transmission channel are improved, and the safety and economic operation level of a power grid are enhanced.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于边缘计算的机组一次调频能力评估的方法及系统,其中方法包括:获取常规电源的初始的信息数据,根据初始的所述信息数据建立初始发电机组一次/二次调频模型;获取实时更新的常规电源的实时的信息数据,基于所述实时的信息数据对所述初始发电机组一次/二次调频模型进行训练,机组根据训练后的输出结果进行一次/二次调频的动作响应;根据一次/二次调频的动作响应实时评估机组一次调频能力上限。 【EN】The invention discloses a method and a system for evaluating the primary frequency modulation capability of a unit based on edge calculation, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring initial information data of a conventional power supply, and establishing a primary/secondary frequency modulation model of an initial generator set according to the initial information data; acquiring real-time information data of a conventional power supply which is updated in real time, training a primary/secondary frequency modulation model of the initial generator set based on the real-time information data, and performing action response of primary/secondary frequency modulation by the generator set according to an output result after training; and evaluating the upper limit of the primary frequency modulation capacity of the unit in real time according to the action response of the primary/secondary frequency modulation.
