摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种退役电池分类方法及系统,所述方法包括下述步骤:测量各预设荷电状态下待分选退役电池的开路电压;根据预先确定的电池开路电压与循环圈数的拟合关系,得到待分选退役电池开路电压对应的循环圈数;基于所述循环圈数确定待分选退役电池分类;其中,所述电池开路电压与循环圈数的拟合关系为对预设荷电状态下样本电池进行循环充放电试验得到的拟合方程。本发明所述测试方法可根据退役动力电池开路电压快速得到电池状态,根据电池状态对电池进行分选,根据分选结果对退役动力电池进行梯次利用。 【EN】The invention relates to a classification method and a system for retired batteries, wherein the method comprises the following steps: measuring the open-circuit voltage of the retired battery to be sorted in each preset charge state; obtaining the number of cycle turns corresponding to the open-circuit voltage of the retired battery to be sorted according to the predetermined fitting relation between the open-circuit voltage of the battery and the number of cycle turns; determining the classification of the retired battery to be sorted based on the number of the circulating circles; the fitting relation between the open-circuit voltage of the battery and the number of cycles is a fitting equation obtained by performing a cyclic charge-discharge test on the sample battery in a preset charge state. The testing method can quickly obtain the battery state according to the open-circuit voltage of the retired power battery, sort the battery according to the battery state, and perform echelon utilization on the retired power battery according to the sorting result.
