The device mainly comprises a purifier and a water storage device, wherein the purifier comprises a wastewater inlet pipe (1), a water inlet seal (2), a separation net (3), a primary purifier (4) and filter nets (5) and (6); a secondary purifier (7), a waste water filter (8), a water receiver (9), a purified water valve (10), a purified water outlet pipe (11) and a device shell (12). The water purifier and the water receiver of the device are designed integrally, and the ICP waste water is purified and stored by adopting two-stage purification.
